Raleigh, North Carolina, is the home of Acadia Healthcare’s newest Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC). Raleigh CTC, which is now accepting patients, offers superior medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults age 18 and older. The clinic opened its doors Mar. 11, 2024, and welcomes individuals who need prompt care for addictions to heroin, prescription painkillers, and other opioids. The MAT program at Raleigh CTC features a warm and welcoming treatment environment, an expert staff, individualized care, and detailed aftercare planning. As part of MAT, patients receive prescription medication and take part in professional counseling services to help them work toward sustained recovery. With decades of documented success, MAT has proved to be a highly effective method of opioid addiction treatment, and this new clinic marks an important step toward increasing access to essential care in the state of North Carolina.
