East Wareham Comprehensive Treatment Center

East Wareham Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is an opioid addiction treatment clinic providing medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults age 18 and older of all genders. MAT offers both medication and counseling services to treat opioid addiction and help people achieve long-term recovery.

As a methadone clinic that provides MAT, we offer multiple medications and two types of counseling to treat opioid addiction. We create a plan of care based on each person’s needs, current situation, and long-term goals. Each person has a different treatment experience, and we honor the individuality of everyone we serve.

At our treatment center, we utilize medication to help people safely discontinue their use of opioids. We offer methadone, buprenorphine, and Suboxone® for this purpose. During the intake process, we assess a person’s physical health, life circumstances, and drug history to help us determine which medication is best suited for them.

In order to provide comprehensive services that address the whole person, our methadone clinic offers counseling along with medication. Counseling allows you to talk to a compassionate professional about the emotional and social aspects of your life that may have been affected by opioid addiction.

Our center offers both individual and group therapy, both of which are led by qualified counselors. Counseling can help you develop coping skills and relapse prevention techniques that can help you stay in recovery. Group counseling has the added advantage of allowing you to get support from others who are also struggling with opioid addiction.
