Tremonton Mobile Unit (CTC) offers outpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older of all genders who are struggling with opioid use disorder. The center, which is located in Tremonton, UT, provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT).

Located in Tremonton, Utah, and serving as the mobile component of Layton Comprehensive Treatment Center, Tremonton Mobile Unit is a premier provider of medication-assisted treatment for adults age 18 and older. To promote recovery from addictions to heroin, prescription painkillers, and other opioids, this center provides effective medications, such as methadone and Suboxone®, as well as individual and group therapies. Our staff of experienced professionals is dedicated to offering exemplary care for every person who chooses to heal with us.
